Welcome to Etsy Pro Suite. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the Etsy Pro Suite offline HTML application file, license keys, and documentation. By completing your purchase or utilizing this tool, you explicitly accept and agree to all terms outlined below.
1. Product License & Terms of Use
Etsy Pro Suite is an offline HTML decision engine designed to run locally inside your web browser environment without requiring external server-side hosting. Upon a valid purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user perpetual lifetime license to utilize the application for individual business use, competitor evaluation, and Etsy store asset generation.
Strict Restrictions: You explicitly agree that you will not distribute, resell, lease, sublicense, unpack, reverse-engineer, alter code structures, or host this file publicly on any server or platform. Each file configuration is digitally watermarked for anti-piracy protection.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Etsy Pro Suite offers a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject strictly to the following terms and conditions to prevent system abuse:
3.1 Eligibility
The guarantee applies only to technical issues that prevent the customer from using the product as intended. Issues include:
- The HTML file does not open or execute in current major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- The local license key verification process fails despite correct, unaltered entry.
- The tool generates script errors or fails completely to produce structural outputs.
3.2 Support First
Before a refund can be processed, the customer must contact our support desk at hello@etsyprosuite.com to report the problem. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Our support team typically responds within 24 hours.
3.3 Refund Conditions
A refund will be issued only if:
- The issue is a verifiable local technical problem.
- The problem cannot be resolved by our support team.
- The request is formally submitted within 7 days of the original purchase timestamp.
3.4 Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Subjective dissatisfaction with variations of AI-generated listing copy text.
- Buyer’s remorse or change of operational mind.
- Inability to handle third-party AI interfaces like free tiers of ChatGPT or Claude.
- Issues caused by custom local browser restrictions, OS firewalls, or hardware problems.
- Accidental loss or removal of the downloaded master file.
3.5 License Key Revocation
Upon a refund issuance, the customer’s unique alphanumeric license code will be permanently deactivated in our registration index, blocking local browser access path approvals.
3.6 How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@etsyprosuite.com with your full name, order number/receipt, a technical description of the local error, and tracking screenshots.
3. Compliance and Account Verification
Etsy Pro Suite distributes product downloads via secure integrations. In absolute alignment with financial compliance mechanisms—including Dodo tracking and portal verification rules—all licenses, transactional footprints, and active key structures are logged to verify payment processing validation.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Etsy Pro Suite serves strictly as a tool to convert pricing values and product points into data strings. It functions purely as a strategic business utility framework. It does not warrant or guarantee exact storefront rankings, index metrics, organic traffic improvements, or sales volumes on the Etsy platform or related marketplaces.
